Keto Meatloaf


1/3 cup almond flour
3 tsp paprika
2 tsp minced onions
2 tsp garlic salt with parsley
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp mustard powder
1 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes (make sure they’re sugar-free) or crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tsp vinegar
2 lbs ground beef
(If you prefer turkey, replace ground beef with 2 lbs ground turkey and add 1 tsp olive oil and 1 egg, and increase cooking time by 20-30 minutes.)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. First mix together dry seasonings in a large bowl. Then, add wet ingredients, cutting tomatoes into 1/4″ pieces, and mix to make a paste. Add ground beef/turkey and combine thoroughly.
  3. Shape into loaf in 9×5-inch loaf pan. Place loaf ban on a baking sheet to catch any juices that may bubble over.
  4. Bake 1 hour or until cooked through. Let sit 10 minutes before slicing.
