Ingredients:
1 cup salted butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tbsp honey, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp hot water
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat eggs in one at a time. Stir in vanilla and honey. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Slowly stir in flour and chocolate chips.
- Place tablespoon-sized scoops on baking sheet 2″ apart. Bake 8-10 minutes until raised and slightly golden. Place on cooling rack.
- Grab a big glass of milk and gorge.
