Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mixed berries (avoid pomegranate unless you have a powerful blender)
1/2 ripe banana
1 scoop of collagen or vanilla protein powder of your choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup (or more) Fresh orange juice and/or açai juice
Ice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to blender (add more juice more depending on how thick you like your smoothies). Blend until smooth.
  2. Devour.
