Powerhouse Toast


1 avocado sliced
2 slices of sprouted whole wheat bread, toasted
1 sliced hardboiled egg
Handful of micro greens/sprouts
Olive oil
Fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Red pepper flakes or hot sauce  (optional)


  1. Layer micro greens, sliced hardboiled egg, and avocado on toast.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Top with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes or your favorite hot sauce.
  4. Devour.
