Ingredients:
1 avocado sliced
2 slices of sprouted whole wheat bread, toasted
1 sliced hardboiled egg
Handful of micro greens/sprouts
Olive oil
Fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Red pepper flakes or hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
- Layer micro greens, sliced hardboiled egg, and avocado on toast.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Top with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes or your favorite hot sauce.
- Devour.
