Avocado Tartine

Ingredients:

1 avocado
2 slices of whole wheat bread, toasted
Fresh lemon juice
Sea salt to taste
Red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
  2. Spread onto whole grain toast.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt, red pepper flakes, and a squirt of fresh lemon or lime juice.
  4. Devour. (Beauty benefit – avocado is great for healthy skin and hair.)
